The pneumatic Knock-Off Valve is connected to the tipping pneumatic control line and is mainly used for tipper truck applications. Within the pneumatic version there are two types available, STD (Standard) type for normal working conditions and HD (Heavy Duty) type for hard working and the most demanding applications. With the STD version, the knock-off is mounted, using a special bracket, on the cylinder cradle. The HD version can be mounted directly on the cylinder, Hyva ALPHA HD cylinders feature the mounting bracket for this type of knock-off valve.Hyva knock-off valvesBoth types of pneumatic knock-off valves are characterised by precise operation, smooth activation and durability. They are connected to the pneumatic system by 6mm connectors and the activation angle can be easily and precisely adjusted.

Product description
Knock-off valves are components which contribute to safe and long lasting operation of the tipping cylinder and overall hydraulic system. These valves are set in a way which limits the tipping angle before the cylinder reaches the end of the stroke and avoids unnecessary pressurising of the cylinder and overall system at full stroke of the cylinder.
